Will a cancelation fee be charged?

Yes, $25.

After final payment has been made, will it be refunded if I cancel?

If we are able to re-rent the house we will refund you the difference between the rent collected and the rent that you would have paid.

When is final payment due?

Four weeks prior to your check-in date.

Do you require a damage deposit?

Your credit card that is on file will serve as your security/damage deposit.

Is the cleaning fee refundable if we leave the house clean?

No. 100% of the cleaning fees go to cleaning the homes.

On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being exceptionally clean) on our guest feedback forms, our average cleanliness rating over 9.0. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this level of cleanliness if guests cleaned on their own.

Is my reservation deposit refundable?

The reservation deposit will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee if cancellation occurs before 30 days prior to check-in date.

Is a reservation deposit required?

Yes, for all homes.

Do we need to bring our own linens and towels?

No. All of our homes have all linens and towels. We also provide soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Are dogs allowed in your homes?

Yes, but only in Admiral House, 45th Street, Gabels, Ragos, Bloomer Mansion, 1303 Bay Ave, Beach Haven, Strawberry Hill, Knole House, Knole Guest House, All Inn, Beach Time on 5th, Summer House, Beach Suite, First Mate’s Cottage

Are there laundry facilities in your homes?

Yes, all homes have washer and dryers.

Do your houses have internet access?

Yes, all of our homes have high speed internet access. We do not provide computers, or technical assistance. However, we have found that the services is available over 98% of the time in all homes.

How do we get into the house upon arrival?

Once we receive your final payment we will mail you the key code and location of the lock box to gain access.

How soon do we have to be out on our check out day?

By 11:00 AM. Automatic $100 surcharge for late check out.

How soon can we check in ?

4 PM. We need five hours to clean each house. Call for early check-in. We may be able to accommodate you if we do not have a guest checking out on the same day.

How close is the house to the beach?

You can see the exact distance to the beach by selecting any home, click on the menu item “Map & Directions” and then click on “Google Maps and Driving Direction”. You will see google maps, with a pin on the location of the house, and in the bottom left hand corner, a legend showing the exact distance to the ocean. There are very few vacation rentals homes with an ocean view, and Bloomer Estates has the best selection of those available.
