Beach access:
• Bay access on property, DO NOT remove anything from the bay.
• 5-minute drive to the closest ocean beach access road.

Pets:
• Two well-behaved dogs under 50lbs welcome
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine.
• Amenities: Dog dishes available

Parking:
• Parking for up to 4 cars and a boat/trailer in the driveway
• No garage access

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy
