Is there a minimum age requirement to make a reservation?

The lease signer must be at least 25 years old. 

Can I book a 2-night stay during peak season when there is a 4-night minimum?

From June 1st to September 30th we have a 4-night minimum. However, we may rent homes for 2 or 3 nights for last-minute stays or fill gaps in reservations or weekdays.

What are some beach safety and driving tips?

The ocean can be treacherous. We never advise swimming in the ocean or turning your back on the waves.  

Campfires must be 100 feet from any dune grass. Barbecues and fires are not allowed in the flammable grass. 

The beach is drivable, so be careful with pets and children.

Does Bloomer Estates provide wood for firepits or beach fires?

We do not provide wood for fires, however, check the local grocery stores and department stores that all sell firewood. During the Spring, Summer, and Fall there are several roadside stands that sell firewood.
