1 All Inn Beach House

We enjoyed our visit to the All Inn. The location was great. It was within walking distance to the beach and two well-stocked grocery stores. Bloomer Estates were very responsive to our needs.

I was looking for a beach rental for a special mini reunion for two sisters, a daughter and grand-daughter. What a great place I found with the All Inn beach house. The 3 year old loved the children's playset in the backyard and there was plenty of running room in the house. It was so close to the beach entrance and an easy drive down the peninsula to the Long Beach area for ice cream. Kathleen,the general manager, went above and beyond to make our reunion all that it was. From our hearts...thank-you Kathy!

We stayed for about a week and it was a nice house to stay in. Generally very clean and good layout. The floor in the kitchen has a bit of a residue from the cleaner they used so I quickly mopped it and we were good to go. Otherwise it was very clean and had plenty of room. The back yard was great for our 3 year old to play for hours.

Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, bowls, etc. Even had a waffle maker which came in handy. They had a spice drawer full of spices, but some looked very old so I wouldn't trust it :) We didn't end up using it, but they had a gas bbq outside that was very clean and ready to use.

It was also very conveniently located in "town". It's a super small town and not touristy at all. Really nice for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Jack's General store is only a couple of blocks away and had good selection/pricing on everything we needed. We need to eat gluten free too and they had a good selection of gluten free foods. Gas prices were good too.

Beach access is just around the corner, but I would recommend driving anyway. You can drive right on the beach and it saves a lot of walking. Just sandy beach for miles.

We'll likely go back to this house again or one of their other properties. Good company to go through and they're located right in Long Beach. We even did a special they had for off season and we got 50% off the rental. Even at full price, it would be worth the cost.

The only hard thing wasn't them, it was our 3 year old. She's too big to sleep in a play yard and not quite old enough to sleep in the other beds in the house. The twin beds were downstairs and there's a nice bed she liked at the top of the stairs, but we didn't trust her enough to sleep there without wandering around the house at night. So we made a small bed for her in the master bedroom. It was very large so that wasn't a problem and she thought it was cool.

The house and amenities are great. Spacious and accommodating for our family needs. The only issue this rental has is the twin beds, the mattresses are very uncomfortable and the beds squeak loudly anytime you roll over or move.

This home exceeded my expectations. We (my kids and I) walked in and were just blown away at how beautiful the home was. The only thing it could have used was maybe a blender in the kitchen and condiments in the kitchen.

My family and I had a great time staying at the All Inn beach house. It was a quick walk or drive to the beach access area. The house fit or needs perfectly. The kids loved the play structure in the back yard and the use of the kid related items in the house.

We did have an issue with an evening with no hot water but with the help of property management personnel Kathleen the problem was quickly solved. She made sure we were taken care of.

I would come back and stay again.

The All Inn was everything we were hoping for in a vacation rental. It is large enough for two couples. It is very well equipped with everything you need while on vacation. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This was our first trip to Long Beach and The All Inn Beach House was an ideal place to stay. It accommodated 4 adults, 1 child and 1 dog perfectly. Great location in a quieter part of the peninsula. We had a great stay.

The house was great. The only complaint we had was that the beds were very creaky-- both upstairs and downstairs.

The house was just as described on VRBO. Its location is great and within short walking distance to the ocean, Jack's Country store and other shopping, and restaurants. Our only constructive feedback is the upstair's queen bed and 1 downstairs twin bed were extremely squeaky, enough so to interrupt sleep. The mattresses on the upstairs beds could be more comfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much, especially eating in the dining area in the sunroom.

My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend at this house to celebrate her birthday. We were very happy with the condition of the house and with how close we were to the beach and other amenities. Once we arrived at the house, we never had to use our car again. We would definitely recommend this property to others and will definitely be coming back.

My family and I have rented several homes from Bloomer Estates for the past several years and have enjoyed the professional flexible and caring service we have received. We always ask for Chandy! This particular home we have rented twice and like it very much. The large galley style kitchen is well appointed and functional. We love the dining area in the sun porch. The spacious living room is full of comfortable overstuffed furniture with plenty of room for entertaining. Upstairs is a very nice bonus area with a nice master bedroom and bath. Finally the nice yard was a perfect place for my Grandsons to play.

We had a lot of special needs with my husband's ALS condition and we had a lot of equipment. This was the first overnight getaway we have had since my husband had become so disabled. We weren't sure how it was all going to work. This home actually made our getaway possible for us. We were very comfortable and there was lots of room plus with the ramp, we could get in and out easily. We loved being in Ocean Park as it was very quite and we were just a short walk to the beach. It was an easily drive to go see all the other attractions close by.

The experience was peaceful and tranquil. This wasn't a vacation but a place to rest while uniting with family and friends to celebrate the life of my daughter.

We have spent Easter weekend at Ocean Park for over 30 years. We've stayed at several different homes in the area over the years but always come back to the a All Inn Beach house. It is charming and comfortable. It has most of what we need and it's always very clean. Perfect for our family of four. This year we hosted Easter brunch for 9 people and could have used a few more bowls and wine glasses. We enjoyed our stay and will surely return,

We stayed for a week and could have stayed for a month. So close to the beach. Just wonderful.

We stayed at the All Inn Beach House for Rod Run it was located in the perfect location to everything the house was clean and had everything a person needs for a perfect stay my grandson is only 3 and he loved it too he keeps asking if we can go back to that house at the beach lol.

We had a fabulous stay in October! We took advantage of the Book 2 Get 2 Free deal and were so happy we did. Much more relaxing than only spending the weekend.The house was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The play structure in the back was so wonderful! I wish they allowed a couple more people though so two families could stay.

This house served us well for our vacation. The website pictures accurately depicted the home however, when we got there the house was bigger than we expected which was nice. The kids loved the backyard and the loft upstairs for playing. We had trouble with the hot water but the manager addressed the issue right away. The fire alarm downstairs went over whenever we used the toaster. We had all that we needed while staying there and it was a very cozy house. Good wifi connection, too.

I think it's rare that a vacation rental lives up to it's description,and this one definitely does so. We had a wonder long weekend stay with our 2 young boys and little dog. Amenities were excellent, well stocked kitchen, clean and tidy. Chandy was also great, brought us a new coffee maker when the carafe was broken on the existing one. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.

Clean, convenient and loads of room. My granddaughter enjoyed the play structure in the backyard. I plan to return!

Great beach house for multi-generations and kids. Has a separate media area upstairs and they also loved the play structure. I love to cook and enjoyed the well stocked kitchen.

Suggestions might be: add robe hooks in the twin bedroom that does not have a closet and coat hooks in the entry area for hoodies and rain coats to dry off.

We will rent again!

My husband and I had a great time at All Inn Beach house. The fenced back yard was nice and having the hose(s) outside was good to give the dog a bath after going down to the beach. Could possibly have a little better instructions on use of the cable TV (the stations on list were not accurate)and fireplace, but it really only took a little extra time to figure everything out. The furniture is comfortable, the sunroom is nice but can get pretty loud when it rains (close the door). The house is nicely appointed and well kept, having a washer and dryer is a big help and the extras like the hairdryers and providing shampoo, conditioner and body wash is really a nice touch. All in all a really good place to stay on the peninsula.

Loved our stay in Ocean Park. We were there for a family reunion/kite festival. All our cousins were jealous of our rental as they had poor
accomodations at the hotels (rundown, dirty). The house was very well
equiped with everything we might need, was clean and spacious. Next
time we will rent a larger house so we can all be together.

Very nice place with many amenities

This property would be especially good for a family. For two couples, the accommodations were a little unequal because the main floor bedroom and bathroom were much smaller than those upstairs. We loved the sunroom. Very comfortable living room, nice furnishings. Two block walk to the beach. Kathy and Chandy at Bloomer Estates very pleasant and helpful.

Needs king bed in Master. Other than that... perfect!

The location is ideal -- close walk to the beach, to the grocery store, book shop and gift shops. Everything we needed was an easy walk or short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was fully equipped. Kathy was extremely helpful and stopped by to help out several times. Just a phone call away. Everything was great.

Newly remodeled and very nice. The home worked perfect for our group. The Bloomer Estates staff (Kathy?) stopped by to check on us and make certain everything was as promised. We will definitely use them and likely this property again!

Excellent as usual. We have been coming to Longbeach for over 12 years now but spent the last 2 in Ocean Park and absolutely fell in love with that area! Your rental houses have made the experience that much more enjoyable. We have stayed at 1303 bay st and the All Inn so we hav e been kind of spoiled since we do have pets and those two homes are beautiful since pets are allowed. We tell all our friends and relatives and highly recommend Bloomer Estates! Thanx

We had such a wonderful time at your lovely home in Ocean Park! Our family loves to cook so due to your fully stocked kitchen, we were able to cook some wonderful meals. Loved, loved, loved the dinning room atrium. We took our morning coffee there every day. One evening, as we bbq'd a salmon dinner, we had the opportunity to meet and chat with your neighbors who live behind your home. Such a friendly and convenient location. We've been going to Ocean Park's 4th of July for over 15 years now and will be sure to rent your home again. Thank you!

Had a great time there! Couldn't ask for better weather. We walked to the beach every morning with our coffee! Great place for a family, plenty of space. Also Blommer Estates was so nice to work with. Appreciate all you help.

Our stay was very peaceful. We enjoyed the closeness of the home to the ocean and the lovely small town. Great food and nice people.

Of my trips to the beach

We rented All Inn because it had great space for everyone and was so close to Ocean park and the beach. There is an upstairs bedroom with a jacuzzi and lovely "private" area plus a small bedroom downstairs. Also, loved the large living room area and the dining room as the weather was mainly WET. However, we did have some problems with the oven, the kitchen fan and the heater in the dining area - none of these made the place unattractive but they did require some adjustments.

We had a WONDERFUL time! We loved the quiet neighborhood location, and the easy access to the local retailers and Jack's Market.
Access to the beach could not have been easier! It was a 5 minute walk and never crowded. The house was lovely and spotless, and staff help on several occasions was totally friendly and prompt: we needed help to get the TV to work, and when leaving we couldn't figure out how to get the key in the box. Help arrived within 5-10 minutes in both cases. She was delightful.
Our only suggestions would be:
1. a teakettle
2. detailed instructions on the TV and remote controls

We enjoyed our relaxing stay very much. The house was spotless, near the beach, places to eat, We would go back or recommend it to our friends.

We called it the Oyster House because it had a weathered, rough exterior, and inside was a pearly gem.....just like an oyster! We hope to come back some day!

The pictures don't lie - this is a wonderful vacation rental!!! The house is really nicely furnished, and the bed-in-the-window was a huge hit with my boys. Everything you need for cooking could be found in the kitchen, which was great for us. The managers were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay there again! The only issue that we had was that the play structure in the backyard was a little big for our 3-year-old, but he still found ways to have fun with it. Our 7-year-old was all over the thing! If you want a quiet retreat within walking distance of a great public library, several shops and restaurants, and the beach, then this house is for you.
