Great weekend rental, fantastic location to beach and other amenities. Bloomer staff very easy to work with as well as attentive during the stay.

We've been renting from Bloomer Estates for about 10 years. They've always done a great job and have quickly stepped in when there were minor issues. Their properties are kept well-stocked and very clean. No hesitation to recommend Bloomer Estates and the properties they offer.

This is a wonderful house on a quiet street, yet walking distance to Ocean Park. We loved the open views to the dunes and ocean. A wildlife refuge and state park with great walking trails are nearby. Discovering the cute little town of Oysterville was unexpected fun! Our family enjoyed the comfortable and open main level, with plenty of beds for everyone upstairs.

We had a multi generational, people in and out glorious week at this lovely home. Has everything you need for fun and family.Easy access to beach, local sites and supplies, well designed and equipped house. We saw whales spouting from the porch, rinsed the sand off of our toes outside, and cooked to our hearts content. Great place for memories and just relaxing.

The property was amazing and Bloomer Estate Rentals was professional, prompt and friendly. Great communication before during and after our stay. Best property management experience ever—they are local and it is so much better than a regional or national group.

The kitchen was great and so well stocked! The renovation was so nice and we loved being right off the beach. Perfect for the relaxing trip we were looking for!

The beach access was such a hit with the littles. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to others!

We decided to take a last minute trip for Memorial Day weekend, and found this house. Typically you arrive and the house is smaller than the pictures look, so I expected that.. however when we arrived we were blown away at the size and beauty of this home! It was amazing... so much space we didn't even utilize the basement or top floor (we were excited about the theater room which was great but we ended up watching a couple movies in the living room instead). The kitchen is a cook's dream, and fully stocked. Everything is comfortable and clean and nice. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone else, especially families with young kids as they have cute beds and bedrooms for littles.

This house blew our minds from the moment we drove up the driveway to our first impressions as we walked around the house the first time! I called it a "sleeper" because the photos didn't even do it justice... I guessed that the house would probably be a little smaller than the photos portrayed, but it was MUCH bigger, nicer and cozier. The kitchen is a cook's dream, and fully stocked with everything you would need. The grassy dunes to the beach provide beautiful scenery as you enjoy your morning coffee or games at the dining room table. The only thing I felt bad about was that we didn't invite another family to join us for the weekend!

Beautiful home with great view. Loved every moment of it, from easy check-in, to check-out, management was in touch, ensuring everything was fine. Just wish they allowed big dogs there, then we would happily return with our pups too! Would be great for a family gathering. The house was clean, very peaceful and for those who cannot make the walk to the beach, the view on the porch was nice and let you know, you were on a beach vacation.

This house is beautiful and roomy, perfect for a larger group. It was very clean and the updated main floor was warm and beautiful. It was stocked with everything you need. We would happily return if we could bring our large dog. This house would be perfect for our entire family, but we all have large dogs. I knew that before booking, so I cannot complain about that! Loved the house. We had a peaceful and wonderful trip. Lastly, the management team reached out to make sure we had everything we needed, which we appreciated. Thank you!

We had a wonderful Christmas with 6 of us including our three dogs. (Had to pay more for the dogs but was worth it for us) The house was big enough for all of us and other than the dining room table (they need to refurnish it or get a new one - varnish is coming off so it is sticky) it was perfect. Being able to walk to the beach was great.

How delightful to arrive to some festive decorations! We ate Willapa Oysters, surfed out front, walked for miles, explored local parks, and finished four jigsaw puzzles(left two)! Loved the oven! The property was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood, right on the dunes to the beach . . . great path. Love the red starfish that marks the path. Kitchen well stocked . . . Beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Had an issue with a broken toilet part and the property managers got right on it! Checked in with us several times to be sure all was good . . . which it was!!!

Our stay at the Weather beach house was great! First- I want to rave about the kitchen. There is a gas wolf range and 3 sinks in the kitchen with plenty of counterspace for everyone! Second- The ocean views were incredible! The beach is less than a 5 min walk through beautiful dunes and we were able to see deer and geese from the deck drinking our morning coffee. Tons of windows and a cozy fireplace to watch the winter storms . The beds were comfy and our pup had a great time watching the wildlife from the wraparound porch. We will definitely be back with friends.

We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen is well stocked. At night we would have a movie showing in the theater. Everyone had there own bedroom space which made it super comfortable. The trail to the beach and beach walks were wonderful. We will return!

We had a family reunion on the Ocean Park peninsula. Our house was home base since it was so close to the beach and had the amazing wrap around porch! Really everything about the rental was amazing ... every room was comfortable, every bathroom had ample towels and space, the kitchen was supplied with everything I could need - even 2 fridges! We used them both. The house was beautifully furnished but not over furnished (aka cluttered) - there was room for everyone to walk around and sit. We could open the doors and windows and had the most refreshing ocean breeze flowing through the house. There was even a theater/game room but the beach was too strong of a pull … even for my teens! The walk to the beach was easy and the beach is wide and long ... one day I walked one direction and the next day I walked the other direction. Check in and check out were easy and the rental company was so efficient at answering my questions before I knew I had a question!! I would recommend this place without hesitation.

This was our second time staying here. 5 min walk to the beach, just over the dunes. big house that suited our family well.

- This is home is great! We spent 4 days with the family here. Loved all the space for everyone and how close the beach was. The property management had great communication via text and the house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Stores and restaurants are just a couple minute drive and Long Beach was quick easy drive. We would definitely book the property again in the future.

We were very happy with our stay at Robbies. It is a beautiful spacious house for families including those with children. The private path to the beach was a pleasure and the setting very peaceful. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are both indoor toys and ots of beach toys as well as baby gates. The beds are very comfortable and the showers luxurious. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you Robbie!

This house was lovely with a nice view of the water from the upper floors and easy access to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped. The property manager were very responsive to questions.

Seven us of Adults enjoyed a wonderful long weekend for the Drop Your Top Jeep Event in Long Beach. We couldn't have asked for a better location, easy access to the beach by Jeep or walking. The home set up was amazing to accomodate us all and it was dog friendly. This would be a great home for friends or family and very kid friendly as well. We will be returning for sure. No disappointments!

Bloomer Estates was easy to work with. All instructions and deposits were clear and communication easy. We even went to the wrong house initially and called when the entry code didn't work. The person I spoke to was super nice when I realized our mistake and we chuckled about it.

Two couples with a dog each stayed here for a long weekend getaway. House had a great layout with a bedroom on the main floor, large living area (with plenty of comfortable seating and TV), lots of windows and large open kitchen. We made most meals here and the kitchen worked well for us. This is not a house for people with mobility issues with stairs and the walk to the beach, while not super difficult, is a bit of up and down. Also, cars are allowed on the beach this time of year (not sure if/when that stops) which wasn't ideal. All that said, I have no hesitation recommending this house, it was lovely. 4 stars is a very high mark (5 would have to be perfection).0

WE AND 8 OTHERS STAYED AT THE HOUSE FOR 3 DAYS WHILE ATLEAST 8 OTHERS CAME TO VISIT FOR THE DAY WHILE WE CELEBRATED MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY AND HELD A FRIENDS AND FAMILY ART EXHIBITION WHERE A LOCAL FRIEND BROUGHT HIS MOBILE ART STUDIO CALLED THE COLOR WHEEL AND WE BROUGHT ABOUT 50 PIECES OF POTTERY READY TO BE GLAZED (WE DID THAT IN THE COLOR WHEEL) THEN TOOK TO THE BEACH TO HAVE A FIRE AND RAKU FIRE THE PIECES. IT WAS FANTASTIC! I WAS ABLE TO USE THE BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN TO COOK ALL THE MEALS FOR ALL 20 PEOPLE ALL WHILE ALL THE HUMANS AND DOGGIES WERE COMFORTABLE TO COME IN OUT OF THE RAIN. THE ENTIRE HOUSE WAS FANTASTIC AND WE WILL BE STAYING AGAIN! DON'T HAVE ONE COMPLAINT ABOUT THE PLACE! HONESTLY IT WAS PERFECT! THANK YOU!!! :)

Well decorated, gorgeous scenery, close to town. This was a well-suited house to host multiple couples.

Have stayed here multiple times and love it! Love spending our money with a local home-grown business instead of national chains. Bloomer Estates has always taken great care of us and we will continue to give them our business every year for our family beach weekend.

Beautiful,clean home with a perfect location on the ocean. Close enough to drive into Long Beach, Ilwaco or Astoria but far enough off the beaten path to avoid crowds and peacefully enjoy the beach and its sunsets. I highly recommend this accommodation for families, adults,friends... really, anyone!

My husband and I were looking for a place to vacation with our two grown kids and their families. We’d never been to the Long Beach area before, and we decided to try it . My first positive experience was with Dabra , the Bloomer Estates booking agent. She was friendly, very helpful and her follow- through was excellent ! Our family chose to stay on the Weather Beach property. It was very clean, well equipped and loved the close proximity to the beach! We enjoyed many activities, including salmon fishing at Buoy 10, sightseeing and hiking on the peninsula and driving and playing on the beach. A perfect family getaway! We’ll be coming back !

The four of us and our dog had a truly memorable four days at Weather Beach. The home is perfectly located for year-round beach enjoyment, only steps away from the shore for any break in the weather. We particularly appreciated the bright, well-appointed kitchen; it was the perfect place for meals, drinks and playing games. We also marveled at the spotless condition of the house when we arrived. Weather Beach is the perfect gathering spot for friends or families; we highly recommend it and would love to make an annual visit.

The location was very private (at least in late October), with only a handful of other houses on the same lane

It's an easy up and down walk on the shared path through the dunegrass to the beach. It's also only about a two minute drive to an automobile access, where you can drive to the beach

The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of dishes, cookware and an amazing amount of bakeware for a rental property. Some basic spices and coffee were remained in the cupboards from previous renters

The management company and owner quickly teamed up to address a maintenance issue that happened one evening

We desperately needed a break from the everyday grind (and Covid!), and this experience totally delivered! We were 4 adults and 3 children, and we had plenty of room to space out (between the third floor bedrooms, the movie room in the basement and the yard around the house, we barely saw the kids, which, quite frankly, was really ideal). The location was spectacular - a dead end road with nothing but the dunes between us and the ocean. We had a very relaxing stay, the house was clean and had everything we needed - the kitchen was well supplied, the grill worked fine and the kids loved having the sand toys to bring down to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a lovely time at Weather Beach. The house is beautiful and spacious. We loved having a crib for our baby, it was so nice not have to pack one. It was great for our big group and you couldn't ask for a better view from the lovely deck. And to top it all off, Kathy from the property management company was so wonderful to work with, very responsive and so helpful. We will definitely be back, thanks so much!

This is a great house! Very well appointed, we found everything we needed to make early Thanksgiving Dinner and celebrate with 4 couples and a toddler comfortably. The main floor shower is awesome! There are A LOT of stairs. Good exercise, but tough for one of our older family members. Location is a quick walk to the water and conveniently located to a well stocked grocery store. Bloomer’s team was very responsive and quick to help. Overall we had a terrific experience and would definitely consider their rentals again.

We spent a week at the Weather Beach house with our 11-year-old and our dog. Beautiful home; awesome location; well-equipped kitchen. We will be back!

We were a group of 10 ladies traveling from Eastern WA to celebrate a dear friends 50th birthday. Her only request was to be on the ocean, we looked up and down the entire west coast and could not find a house that was big enough and affordable enough to fit our needs. I found this house and kinda took a gamble cause i knew nothing about the area. The pictures looked good and it would accommodate all of us. When we all pulled up to the house we were amazed and relieved, the location and views were amazing! Rolling dunes covered in green grass, a quick walk down to the beach. The kitchen was perfect, 3 sinks, great modern stove and appliances, we all love to cook and we never felt crowded. We flew kites, went on runs, visited Oysterville for an amazing lunch, took surf lessons in Seaside and visited the farmers market. All in all is was a successful girls weekend retreat!
The only thing i would suggest is some outdoor seating/table. A big picnic table in the front yard would have been great.

Joined family for a wonderful stay in this lovely home! The location is perfect right on the beach-the home is designed with full walls of windows to watch the waves while drinking coffee on those cooler rainy times. Kitchen is not only beautifully designed but stocked with everything you’ll need to entertain. The pans & plates are all new-not the leftovers you’ll find in other homes! All new appliances-huge gas stove and fridge & expresso machine-k cup coffee machine & another coffee need to wait for coffee in the morning with a large group-the whole house is spotless!!! That is very important to my family! Large bedrooms & comfy beds with new towels & blankets, Kathy at Bloomer Estates was wonderful to work with & we appreciated that everything went smoothly getting into the home after a 7 hour drive :)
