Escape to The Bungalows, a trio of coastal retreats managed by Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals, where every moment promises relaxation and adventure. The Bungalows #2 invites you to unwind with movie nights by the large TV or on the private covered porch with a fire pit. Inside, discover a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar ensure culinary delights, while beach access and nearby attractions promise endless exploration. Forge lasting memories in comfort and style.

Beach Access:
• 2-minute walk to the beach down Bay Avenue
• 17-minute drive to downtown Long Beach

Pets:
• Dogs are not allowed in units 1 and 2, but are welcome in unit 3.
• Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine.

Parking:
• Parking space for one car
• No garage available

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy

Coffee Bar:
• Regular Drip Coffee Pot
• Hot Water Kettle

Wi-Fi and TVs:
• High-speed internet 100 to 200 Mbps
• 50" Insignia Smart Fire TV in the Living room
• 43" Insignia Smart Fire TV in Bedroom
• Guests can log in with their own streaming subscriptions or access LiveTV without logging in.

Check-in/out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• There is a $15 fee per hour for early check-in or late checkout, plus taxes. Please call 24 hours in advance for availability.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed
• Bonus: Pull out sofa bed in living room

Bathroom:
• Full bath with walk-in shower

• Appliances: Blender, toaster
• Cooking: Pots and pans, frying pans, mixing bowls, strainer, cutting boards, casserole dish.
• Baking: Cookie sheet, dry measuring cups, measuring spoons,
• Utensils: Whisk, spatula, spoon, potato peeler, can opener, corkscrew, pizza cutter, cheese grater.
• Table setting: plates, bowls, water glasses, wine glasses, knives, forks, spoons, coffee mugs.
• Cutlery: Full set of Knives

• Each unit has its own fire pit
• BBQ utensils
• Charcoal Grill (Charcoal not provided)
• Linens: quality sheets, pillowcases, bath and kitchen towels included.
