Sleeping Arrangements:
• Master Bedroom: Queen bed.

Check-in/out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• There is a $15 fee for early check-in or late checkout, plus taxes. Please call 24 hours in advance for availability.

Pets:
• Two well-behaved dogs welcome
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine.
• Amenities: Dog towels available

Parking:
• Each unit has one designated parking spot.
• There are four extra parking spaces available without designated markings.
• While the layout can accommodate a truck and trailer, maneuvering may be challenging and require backing out.
• No garage
• Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy
• No Pack N Play, Baby Gates or High-Chair
