This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms (Queen bed in each bedroom. Living Room: Futon folds out to a double bed), one full bathroom with an ADA shower and single vanity, a welcoming living room, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need for your convenience.

• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog

Parking:
• Each unit has one designated parking spot.
• There are four extra parking spaces available without designated markings.
• While the layout can accommodate a truck and trailer, maneuvering may be challenging and require backing out.
• No garage
• Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy
• Pack N Play, Baby Gates or High-Chair are available in the clam room for guest use.
