Beachy Keen

This home was perfect for us as well as our 2 dogs. The enclosed porch and side yard was a bonus and gave me such peace of mind that our dogs would be safe and secure outdoors. You would never know this was a pet friendly home. It was super clean and did not smell of pets at all. Location was ideal- We took several walks to the beach with the pups, went clamming, and walked to near by restaurants. The home was ideal for us, we would absolutely stay again.

Super convenient to shops and beach. Spacious and clean. Well stocked and homey without being precious or stuffy. Great stay had by all!!

House has everything you need including a tandom bike, lots of toys for young kids, games, puzzles.

Right at the beginning of town so you can walk to everything. Right across the street is go-karts, putt putt and bike rentals. The host was fantastic! Communicated via text and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is very spacious with an open floor plan and the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. The front porch is completely fenced with a small side yard so if you bring your dogs you can just let them roam freely right out the front door. Definitely will be staying here again in the future!

Spacious and open. We brought our 4yr old granddaughter and our dog they loved to play out on the fully fenced deck area. I took full advantage of the large claw foot soaking tub. My husband loved cooking breakfast on the gas stove. The beach is just a short walk down the street.The only thing that could have been better was the furniture and especially the beds. They were pretty to look at but extremely uncomfortable.We enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed at Beachy Keen for a few nights. The house was perfectly located, clean and wonderful for our quick getaway. The customer service from Bloomer Estates was friendly and extremely responsive. Looking forward to staying with them again!

The house was very centrally located close to town and the ocean. It was on a very busy road so lots of traffic and road noise. The house was well stocked and had everything you would need. The bath and shower were rather disappointing very hard to manage taking a shower in the claw foot tub. All in all it was a comfortable place to use as home base.

The property is set up to be dog safe. But only if the other renters in the other houses respect and do not leave the gates open to your own private space. That is not on the property owners, but only on folks who do not respect others by not picking up dog poo and leaving gates closed when they leave. short of this, the property is perfect. We loved staying here

: The beachykeen house in longbeach is a wonderful rental. Close to everything and a short walk to the beach. The ocean breezes made the covered porch my favorite place to hangout,. Kitchen was very well setup. A great place to stay

The location of this home can’t be beat. Can walk to the beach, to shops, and restaurants. They are also pet friendly which is a huge plus. The only fault I could find was that the mattresses were not good. If you are used to high quality or have back/health issues bring a topper. The host and their vacay property managers are very responsive and want to ensure that you have a great time. They also offer lots of little extras, chairs for the beach, bbq, sand toys, ect..definitely worth the stay thank you.

A very pleasant place to stay. There is a go-cart track across the street, but the house is well sound-proofed. The bank next door does mean keeping the main bedroom’s curtain closed when the bank is open.

As others have said, surprisingly quiet given how close it is to the action. Very convenient for walking to town and the beach. We rented e-bikes across the street for the day and had a blast cruising the discovery trail--highly recommend doing that. The kitchen is amazing, the chairs in the living room are very comfortable. The only negative is the bathroom--it could use an update with an enclosed shower, new faucet for the sink. Overall I highly recommend this place. Communication is excellent...and maybe a bit too much if I'm being honest. So many emails! :

Our family of four had a very nice stay during spring break at this home. Amber from Rental agency was very communicative from the start and answered any and all questions about the property. The rental was extremely clean and tidy and is a beautiful home. We especially loved the clawfoot bath tub, although I would caution for anyone elderly or young children as this could be a tripping hazard but worked well for our teens and adults. Rental is just one block off main road into town and is within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and the beach. We were only able to spend one day at the beach because the weather, but we enjoyed staying in, playing games, and taking naps. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

My family and i loved this property was perfect for the 3 of us and our dogs. Will definitely be back! Only complaint was neighbors 3 dogs would enter the front yard every morning and "do there business" which we ended up cleaning up. And also made our dogs start barking. Overall. LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY.

Nice open living area. Furniture and beds comfortable. Heated towel rack a good bonus. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Maintenance responded immediately to leak at kitchen sink. Front porch could be safer for elderly dogs.

We loved the big kitchen-family room, and we were able to have several grandkids join us for meals.
Our only complaint was that the neighbor was very rude.

Easy check-in and out. The house was a minute from the beach. It was conveniently located to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

We had a great time and the house was set up very nicely for us. We enjoyed the provided clam gun and also appreciated that laundry detergent and coffee were both provided for our stay. Also, it is an amazing location, walkable to downtown as well as to the beach. We would definitely stay at Beachy Keen again next time we go to Long Beach!

The home is in a great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The home is spacious especially the kitchen. Claw foot tub was a little tricky, but the bathroom was clean and had lots of space to move around. Thank you for taking extra steps in ensuring the cleanliness of the home. We enjoyed our one week stay. Communication with Bloomer Estates was a breeze. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at Beachy Keen. The house was spacious, very clean, and close to everything. Cleaners arrived on day of check out 10 minutes before we had to be out - made us feel a bit rushed. Otherwise great stay- we will be back!

We loved this beach rental for so many reasons! Location- walkable to everything Long Beach has to offer. It's a short walk to the beach and our favorite activity - Discovery Trail. House- super clean, well furnished, fenced area for our dogs, absolutely perfect for our family of three + dogs. Definitely recommend this property!

Located in the middle of all Long Beach activities, can be a little noisy from go karts and fun and games across the street.
