Ilwaco Harborview Lodge

Absolutely incredible location, views, decor, and spaces - very high quality. Super comfortable beds and linens. We truly relaxed during our time there and especially enjoyed the fireplace. We even saw an owl land on the top floor porch railing! We also saw herons, pelicans and deer from the living room! Cape Disappointment was five minutes away, and was so beautiful. We ate at a great diner in town, loved walking at the marina and visiting Long Beach and Astoria. Such a phenomenal, clean, and luxurious spot. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

Loved this house. It was very clean and modern. The views are great loved watching the fishing boats come in and out of the harbor. The bed in the master was super comfortable.

Modern beautiful home with great views! This home was clean, well furnished & very comfortable. Lots of windows, so there were great views from every room! The fully fenced back yard was a bonus for our dog. The rental management team was easy to work with & communicated well. We would recommend to anyone who is considering staying.

This was our 1st time renting with Bloomer Estates. We loved our vacation rental in Ilwaco, WA! It was clean, with a beautiful view & well stocked. It was very comfortable! Check in & out were very easy & all communication with the rental company was great! We hope to rent from them again!

This house is an absolute find with its ultra modern design and furnishings. We loved the view of marina with fishing boats coming and going. And, we could actually see the Astoria bridge. There is so much to see and explore in the area and the house is within a few miles of the Cape Disapppointment lighthouse and the North Head lighthouse.

Beautiful house and view! This house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The view over the harbor is breathtaking, especially just after sunrise. The house is also very well decorated with some high-end appliances. We found that it was easy to make the house a comfortable temperature between the air conditioner, gas fireplace, and in-room heaters downstairs. The one thing I would point out is that the bathroom for the second bedroom has a full glass window to the outside, and while there is a small decorative privacy screen, it does not block the whole window. We did not use this bathroom for showers/baths as it was just two of us staying, but those with additional guests will want to be aware. All bedroom windows and the master bathroom window all have full length blackout shades that can be rolled up or down as desired for privacy. However only about half of the upstairs windows have the same shades. Again, this did not bother us, but some may want that additional info as it does affect the privacy at night. I'd also like to add that the owners, Bloomer Estates Vacation Homes, was very communicative before and during our stay. Check in was a breeze, and they were also sure to reach out the next day after our check in to make sure we had settled ok and that we had everything that we needed. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place!

We watched boats, birds & deer right from the deck. The house was brand new and sparkling clean. We walked to town twice and had dinner & drinks. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable place to stay overlooking the harbor in Ilwaco and conveniently located between Astoria and Long Beach. The house was in great condition and the hosts communications were easy to follow.

The neighborhood wasn't a space to walk a dog, however, in one to three minutes, we were at perfectly walkable space. The location, views, and home itself were beautifully situated and near so many sites and spots with a short drive in any direction.

It was perfect in every way, spotlessly clean, the views were amazing and everything we needed was at our fingertips.We will be back next year and we will not even consider another property!

The property exceeded our expectations. It was well furnished and spotlessly clean. The most updated pet friendly we have stayed in to date. Management was very responsive and allowed a late checkout for a small and reasonable fee. Would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed the home and will return in the future. Great communication with the property management company, we enjoyed the travel guides and food recommendations too!

Robbie’s place is exactly as it’s depicted in his pictures. It sits on the side of a small cliff overlooking Ilwaco’s harbor, which makes it incredibly peaceful. All the appliances are top of the line and brand new, including a wonderful Italian gas stove. The beds are comfortable, and the views from the house (anywhere in the house) are amazing. We even saw a doe and her fawn on multiple occasions while sitting in the living room. While Ilwaco is rather small, Astoria is an easy 20 minute drive across the Astoria Bridge. I highly recommend Robbie’s place.

Great house, lovely and comfortable. Amazing views of the harbor and bird watching were unbelievable. Amenities were easy to drive to, and the areas of Ilwaco, Cape Disappointment and the peninsula were wonderous. While in the house, it was quiet and serene.

Gorgeous views, great location (walkable to town of Ilwaco and short drive to Long Beach and Cape Disappointment parks), clean, tastefully decorated, and all the amenities you'd want/need. My friends and I were very impressed & I'd recommend this place to anyone for a coastal Washington retreat.

New, modern, well-appointed. Stunning views from every room of marina and boats going out to sea, Cape Disappointment and Saddle Mountain on the horizon. Wildlife visits…deer, eagle, osprey, heron, choirs of song birds. Five star experience!

The view from this very modern, well-appointed home is world class stunning. From every room you see boats docked in the marina and moving out toward the open ocean with Astoria and Saddle Mountain and the Oregon Coast Range on the horizon. We were visited by deer, eagle, osprey, heron fishing the shallows and more. A perfect place to call home while doing day trips to Astoria and Oregon/Washington ocean beaches, river valleys along the Columbia from Willapa to Naselle, Deep River to Grays. Highly recommend. We will return.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here and are already thinking about when we could come back there. Ilwaco is very peaceful when compared to its more populated neighbors yet it is very close to everything on the peninsula. Magnificent views over the port and the Columbia. Bright and airy space made for great mornings with a cup of coffee watching the world wake up. I plan to recommend this place to people I know. Every modern and it has everything you need to enjoy a nice long stay.

The house is beautiful and so inspiring. Every design detail is perfect. The view was also outstanding and we enjoyed every minute there.

The Ilwaco Harbor Lodge is a beautifully furnished home, with unparalleled views of the harbor and marina. We stayed 2 weeks, and did a lot of our own cooking, and found the kitchen to have all the necessary utensils and pans that we needed. The backyard is quite steep and uneven and the fencing was questionable at best, so if you have small children or pets, I would advise supervision at all times . We enjoyed bird watching, and even had a bald eagle land on a tree right outside our window, which was spectacular. Suffice it to say, we were sad to leave this little slice of paradise and look forward to staying again in the future.

Nice place to stay in Ilwaco. Right across from the harbor, so you can watch the action from the picture windows. Overall had what we needed and was comfortable. One thing to keep in mind are the stairs leading downstairs are a bit slippery (all smooth wood) which were a bit of a challenge for my older dog. But otherwise the place was gorgeous!

We had an amazing stay in Ilwaco. The house was extremely clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The view of the harbor is spectacular. Bloomer Estates were perfect hosts, quick to respond to questions, friendly and proactive. Stay here and you won't be disappointed.

Not a whole lot going on in Ilwaco itself, but you can’t beat the location regardless. Beautiful and just minutes to Long Beach and the state park. And Astoria a short drive as well. My family enjoyed watching activity in the marina, and the family of deer off the deck. Sparkling clean new place. Still with fresh car smell.

The home was very nice and clean and it had a beautiful view. We enjoyed the balcony and spent time watching various birds and sea life in the marina.

This is a rare gem- beautiful location and walking distance to the little town. Amazing views and bird watching! Highly recommend- we will be back! Only thing to note- aside from the master bedroom, the beds are suited for kids. As a 5’2” woman, I was able to sleep comfortably but my 5’10” bf not so much

This house is great. Spotless and the service was outstanding. The house is fully equipped with everything you'd need for a nice relaxing beach getaway. One item that was missing is a full length mirror so if that is important, keep that in mind. The views are outstanding and again, the house is beautiful and fully equipped.

We loved our stay at the house in Ilwaco. It was beautiful and so close to Cape Disappointment! We would absolutely stay again, hopefully for longer next time! We were so sad when it was time to leave.

This was a perfect jumping off point for Long Beach, Astoria, and all of the state and national parks around the mouth of the Columbia river. Easy and relaxing all the way around.

Super close to the ilwaco farmers market which was absolutely fun as well as Cape Disappointment. We found ourselves mesmerized watching the boats coming and going in the port. This place felt like home! The combination of concrete, wood and “metal” tiles gave it the most amazing modern look. We were truly inspired! We were also able to relax completely and comfortably. Had game night at the table. A movie in the living room. Wine on the patio. We will definitely be coming back!

Unique and unobstructed sight. Very clean and assuming new as various essentials missing but confident they will remedy. Disappointed that I'm booking an 8 night stay and they wanted to charge me to drop off groceries earlyWhen there was no one in the night before. I think it's important to accommodate when you can, and make your guest feel welcomed. That turned a stay of a 10 to a 7 and created a lot of hassle for me to get the groceries dropped off before my evening. Heck in But the house is a solid 5 on the above rating.

This is a cool little place. The house is very clean and new. Being a new rental there's a few little things to work out but was a lot of fun. The active working harbor was very cool. The state parks locally are fun to visit
