Beach Access:
• Bayfront/10-minute drive to the beach approach
• 10-minute drive to town

Pets:
• Sorry, no pets are allowed at this house.
• Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine.

Parking:
• Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway
• No garage available

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy
• Pack N Play, Baby Gates, and Booster seat are provided and located in the upstairs kids' room closet.

TVs and Wi-Fi:
• High-speed internet 250 - 400 Mbps
• 55-inch Roku TV in the living room
• 42-inch Roku TV in the upstairs king bedroom
• Smart Roku TVs with guest mode: Guests can log in with their own streaming subscriptions or access Roku LiveTV without logging in.

Check-in/out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• There is a $15 fee per hour for early check-in or late checkout, plus taxes. Please call 24 hours in advance for availability.

• Bedroom 1: King bed in the downstairs bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: Trundle bed (2 twins) and separate twin bed upstairs
• Bedroom 3: King bed upstairs
• Bonus: Fold-down futon in the upstairs game area.

• Bathroom 1: Full bath with walk-in shower
• Bathroom 2: Full bath with walk-in shower, separate jetted tub, and double vanity.
