Sandpiper Approach

Helpful and responsive with a deteriorating weather system. Weather and road conditions were touch and go, but we were able to make it safely to the property.

Great quiet place for a stormy getaway. Walkable to everything, we will be back!

Perfect location - easy to get to restaurants, beach, boardwalk.

Perfect location, right on the main beach approach. The deck is small but faces the ocean and has all kinds of creatures who come visit! Deer, crows, seagulls, preying mantis, frogs! Cozy condo close to everything. The only downfall was the herd of buffalo that were staying above us! Super loud from 6am to 9pm. Even still, Iwill definitely stay again if available.

My stay at Mark N Kandi was fabulous. The studio is well appointed and provides for all your needs. It has a beautiful Ocean sunset view and allows for nice walks on the beach. The communication with the host was great and very welcoming. I highly recommend the space and would like to stay there again in the future.

Sandpiper approach was the perfect base of operations for our stay in Long Beach. short walks to all the fun in downtown Long Beach and only one block away from Scoopers where you can get a scoop of ice cream bigger than a softball on a waffle cone. it's also located close to an access point to the beach, which is extremely convenient. we could see all the kites flying at the Kite Festival from the deck which was kind of amazing! the space is cozy and perfect for a couple. Mark and Kandi were very communicative and accommodating.

Mark and Kandi are excellent hosts. They respond quickly. The studio was wonderfully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. My son slept on the futon, which needed some padding, but he's a tall man. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Deer are seen quite frequently, (every day we were there) so bring apples! Everything is very close. There is a small grocery store just 2 blocks away, and so many shops to explore. We really enjoyed our stay here and plan to come back sometime soon!

Very nice place and very comfortable. Close to everything. It is right beside a main drive to get to the beach so can be noisy at night if you leave the patio door open.

Great little place to spend the weekend in and around town. Close to everything, clean, and perfect size for us. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was convenient for exploring Long Beach and to watch fireworks. The space was modern and sparkling clean. Host was friendly and responsive. We'll definitely stay here again.

Our little family absolutely loved staying at Mark N Kandis Airbnb. It was cozy, comfy, and cute! We are so glad we chose this one over others being it was in the perfect location with a direct shot to the beach. Beautiful views, and it was so relaxing to sit on the porch in the evening listening to the waves and drinking tea. Convenient location to all the local fun shops in town, big plus so we could easily walk around with our toddler and not have to constantly put him back in the car to look for another parking spot. We are already talking about booking for next year when the time comes around. 10/10 recommend.
