Enjoyed 10 days of visiting family and friends. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everyday needs---(once I figured out the bathroom layout). Would suggest better (easier to follow) instructions for television use, Never did figure out how to get "regular" channels for news and network programs. (Understand, I am 87!!! LOL)

This cute cozy cabin like home was the perfect place for my family. Spacious enough for everyone with a great backyard for the dog. The home was clean and had a large kitchen with most of the equipment we needed to cook up our culinary feasts. The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets. It is close enough to downtown Long Beach if you prefer to stretch your legs or you can bike or drive it in minutes. Plenty of games and entertainment provided in the home, with access to TV networks so we could have our planned movie night. We were informed upon arrival that the fireplace was not working, (disappointing, as it was windy and rainy during our stay) but it did not keep us from enjoying our time in the home or at the beach. My family gives this place our 5 star rating, we felt it was a safe place to rest our heads at the end of our busy days and hope it is available next year for our annual Kite Festival vacation.

Great place! It was clean, good location, would definitely stay again. The only thing I thought was the beds could be a little softer with softer sheets. Besides that it was great

We had a great time, the house was perfect for myself and three of my grandsons, was clean had all the things you needed for a home away from home vacation,. The neighbor hood was very quiet,even tho the house is close to the main road ,we did not have any issues with sound, the back yard was fenced which made it very nice for my seven year old grandson and the dog , they had plenty of room to run and play. It was perfect and yes I will be staying again. Thank you for a great stay.

Went on a weekend getaway with our family - husband, 7 month old and two dogs and had an incredible time. Loved the fenced yard for the dogs and the house was awesome. Much easier bringing a baby to a house rather than a hotel. The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Communication was easy, check in was a breeze. Will definitely be back!

Great, cozy, little beach cottage, had everything we needed! It was very clean and had good pots and pans which for me is always an A++! We were able to walk to everything even the beach, cool little shops, food trucks and coffee stand nearby too!! We will definitely stay again!!

The place was very easy to find. The home was very clean. The booklet of instructions mentioned “AC and Heat Instructions”, but there wasn’t AC at the house. There’s a sticker on the TV that indicates you should press the “Hulu” button to get live TV, but that wasn’t a service that was offered. Which isn’t an issue, just didn’t line up with instructions. Some minor disconnects between offerings and instructions but overall, decent stay. I was surprised the cost of the place for its age. Have to walk through a mud room to get to the bathroom and bathroom floor isn’t level, that portion of the house sits lower. The responsiveness of the vacation rental staff was amazing, the house was uncomfortably warm and kind of stale smelling when we arrived and they dropped off fans very quickly to help. Very accommodating. Home is close enough to town to be easy, not too close to be too noise, except for the occasional car honking or engine revving.

The little house not only had all the basics but spacious rooms and extra everything. You want for nothing . Loved the shower. Enjoyed the spaciousness. and shower head. Just came from comfort inn.

It was a last-minute booking. They worked through the issues with that. I wasn't aware of the extra pet fees especially when I put them on the booking. I provided that as feedback which was taken so thank you (host) for understanding the 25/pet/day needing to be obvious on checkout. The place is cute. Great location!

Small home with good amenities. In the middle of town. Ample parking, quiet area. Perfect.

Long Weekend Get AwayI had a three day seminar that I could attend on-line. Rather than spending three days in my office attending, we went to the beach and attended remotely. Although it was a working vacation, we still got to go out to dinner in the evenings, explore Long Beach and use the bikes provided with the rental to ride the Discovery trial. The house is cute and comfortable. Whom ever stocked the kitchen obviously cooks and there was everything we needed for meal preparation. There was a big fenced back yard and they allow dogs - so our standard poodle got to come with us. It was a great trip and I would stay here again.

Sandpiper Tracks was perfect for our long weekend getaway with our dog. Will be back again.

I stayed a weekend at a small rental house in Long Beach, Washington and it had absolutely everything that I required. It had cable, Streaming tv, Wifi and was extremely close to town. Most importantly, it had a fully fenced backyard for my two dogs. It was a perfect set-up for a weekend getaway and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

The location was excellent and easy to find. Our dog loved the fenced in area and the fireplace. The bathroom was a little quirky but shower had lots of room and a good shower head. We all wished it had more shelving area in the shower. The only downside was that we were there when the temperature was cool. We never could get a comfortable warmth inside the house. Although there were instructions for operating the fireplace there were no instructions for the actual heater. I passed this information on to the rental manager. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Long Beach area.

The home is very nice, and clean. Loved the fireplace. The home is close to the beach and within walking distance of popular places such as restaurants, Go Karts, Putt Putt Golf as well as bikes to ride along the board walk . Highly recommend.

The house was as described. Although the kitchen has many cooking devices, it does not contain any ingredients, so plan ahead. The house was comfortable for our family of 5 and our puppy. Thank you!

This was our first experience in an Air B&B and we will be returning. It was clean; kitchen was very well stocked; plenty of extra blankets for when
the weather turns cold. Dabra and Mellisa were very kind and responsive to our questions. The description says it has washer and dryer but it really has a janitors sink and no dryer. No mention of fenced yard because a fence was recently installed. Also found a dog crate and dog food bowls! Best part was the short walk to the beach. Our morning potty walk every day was on the beach! What a treat!

Very charming house, central location.

We enjoyed this cozy little place on a recent trip to the coast to dig razor clams. The fireplace was a nice plus in the evenings since it was a bit chilly. The house is within walking distance to the beach and anyplace we needed to go in town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was setup perfectly for our family to get the most out of it. Excellent living room with a gas fireplace to keep warm, along with a smart tv and plenty of games and books available to relax. Two comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space and four beds total plus the futon in the living room if needed. Kitchen was amazing, had tons of gadgets and appliances for cooking meals. Nice mud room with the bathroom located out there also. Very hot water and good pressure for showers. Nice yard that’s partially fenced for your animals to have a safe space to play and do their business. We really enjoyed the house and the location is amazing. We will definitely be back to book this house.

We love the Long Beach Peninsula; this was our 3rd trip and 3rd vacation rental in the area. The house was clean, had a well-stocked kitchen plus extras like shampoo/conditioner/shower gel which was much appreciated. I would say the only "feedback" to the owner or Bloomer Estates (and this was our fault, not theirs) is that we could not figure out how to regulate the heat / air units until our last day there. We had the main living room freezing and the bedrooms warm :) ... great stay overall.

Cute older style beach house, Had all the kitchen ware to do our own meals. A little weird on the lay out with the bath room off the back entry way. Next to down town , with in walking distance to the beach and the restaurants and shops. Very dog friendly. even had dishes and a bed for the dogs. Nice neighborhood.
Liked Doogers Seafood and grill the best when we were eating out . They had sweet potato fries. Pickled Fish was pretty pricy for what food you received and so-so on quality. .Enjoyed the museums and walking out to the lighthouse. and the wildlife refuges. Just wish the it had not been so windy all 4 days of our stay.

During unusually warm and sunny October weather, with nearby campgrounds full, we wanted a place to stay for our anniversary weekend where we could walk to everything. Sandpiper Tracks is located in a perfect spot for getting to town and the beach. It was very clean and Kathy was responsive with questions prior to our arrival. We would come back here again.

Cottage was immaculate. Well furnished - everything you could need in the kitchen. Furnishings are quaint and fit the theme of the cottage. Be sure and visit Cape Disappointment State Park. Customer Service from the manager was great

We recently spent 4 nights at this cottage and highly recommend it! Though it is located very near the main road, the traffic noise did not bother us at all. There is a large grassy area and a nice BBQ. The décor is very cute on the inside and the kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and we even used the air conditioning a little. The TV is large and we were able to watch the daily world news and some movies on ROKU for free! Grocery store is only minutes away. We took a bottom fishing trip and caught 11 limits of fish in an hour and a half! Just the right size for 2 couples or a family of 4! If one would want to stay longer, might be nice to have a washer and dryer available. Also would be nice to have some coffee/tea/sugar on hand for just a couple of days and some plastic wrap or bags. Will seriously think about reserving again next summer for a few days! The Long Beach Peninsula has so many breathtaking sites and activities to do! ( we did purchase an inexpensive plier to bend back the plug prong on one lamp so that we could plug it in for use )
