We had a wonderful time there and the place looks even better in person than the photos! Easy to walk the dogs straight to the beach and town was only minutes away by car. We will definitely come back!

Nice place! Overall it's a nice place. Outdoor patio furniture wasn't clean (mossy), couch very uncomfortable and no TV's in the bedrooms but the house is cute and well laid out. Would suggest soft-white LED lights instead of daylight bulbs since they are stark white.

A great place to stay in Long Beach !Perfect house for all of our family. Close to town and had all amenities . Back yard fire pit was fun in the evening. We will choose Whales Tale again next year !

This is our second time staying here and we hope to have a third. Great place, lots of room and places to sleep. Quiet location. It close to all the fun. We love it here !

Conveniently located next to the Discovery Trail trailhead hike which spans 8.5 miles to the south for some spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. Walking distance to the Corral Drive In for milkshakes and arguably the best burger in America! You can be the judge for that yourself. And a quick 20 minute car ride to the north is Oysterville Willapa Bay Sea Farms. Treat yourself to freshly shucked oysters and seafood chowder. They have wine by the can or bottle for your convenience.I combined a recent work trip to Long Beach, with a little bit of playtime included and Whale's Tale did not disappoint. This house is huge- comfortably sleeps 8 people and small dogs too. Optimal wifi speeds for working or movie watching. There's also a cozy firepit outside for nighttime stargazing. I recommend bringing your own stick lighter as the house didn't have one and the neighbors were NOT friendly to tourists and finding a book or box of matches is impossible at night when the shops are closed.If you have a huge family like I do or want to plan a friends get together, this house has all you need!

Great house! Great location! We walked to the discovery trail just down the street and had easy access to the beach. The home was really clean and had all the necessities. Fully fenced yard for the pups. Definitely will stay here again!

We had a great stay! There was plenty of room and more beds than expected. It was a nice neighborhood and cute little backyard. We loved the spacious kitchen. We hope to stay here again next year!

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at the Whale House. Everything was in perfect condition and the fully fenced backyard was a major plus for our dog.

The Whales Tale was a fabulous home for our Christmas vacation. Lots of sleeping room for all of us, the 1/2 bath downstairs was super handy and the fenced back yard was perfect for the pups. The kitchen was large, but there could be more silverware and cookware. The skillet was great for breakfast. The walk to the beach is quite a hike, but the trial is nice and easy. We brought puzzles and toys after reading other reviews that the house does not have many. Overall a wonderful stay despite the weather! Bloomer was in touch with us to make sure we were comfortable during the power outage and responsive with any questions for concerns.

Nice house, huge kitchen, great fenced yard. Not too long of a walk to the beach from the house. House was missing a mixer and the management company brought one over quickly.

Overall really happy with the house and location, had a great time.

This rental property was very nice and very clean.
It was everything I expected and more. I was glad to see the downstairs spare room have a trendle which helped for my handicap spouse. There were amenities over and above what I expected. It was close to the beach, only a few minutes drove and to downtown Long Beach. Only suggestion I would make is there be a second tv. In the evening it would have helped with satisfying adults vs. kids. lol. The only problem I had really was not be allowed to park on the street. The neighbor that lives directly across from house parked there all the time and made it had to back out our vehicles. I was able to park two cars in the garage and two trucks in the driveway. Made it difficult rotating vehicles. We all had to drive down separately due to work schedules. I would re-rent this house, it was great otherwise.

It was so nice to have a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathrooms! We loved it there!

We enjoyed our stay at Whale's Tale. There was plenty of space to relax and play games on a drizzly cool weekend. It was wonderful to have a short walk to the beach.

REVIEWS ARE FAKE FROM LOCAL RESIDENTS!!!
DIRTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, and worst of all, false advertising. House was advertised as having a separate office for a workation house. Turns out there is no such room. Also, at midnight the entire closet in the master bedroom can crashing down - turns out they didn’t even hang an entire closet in STUDS! Can you believe that!?! It could have fallen on any of my four children -
AND THE FILTH! Sticky dirty counters, dust everywhere, greasy fridge handles and stove, just awful and gross. I’ve give this place four chances and same on me for giving them so many. I warn y’all, take a close look at their “cleaning” and you’ll see it isn’t clean at all. WORST experience thus far with bloomer, the past vacation there was DOG POOP IN THE LIVING ROOM STILL? And they said they cleaned? Yeah right!! Should have never given a second chance after that, but we did and honestly, shame on me
DO NOT GO THRU BLOOMER, their reviews are fake from friends and local residents!!!!!!

Everything was as expected. Although the blinds fm DR needed to be replaced as well as the blinds fm the Master BR. Nice home with great space. We loved the neighborhood and the quietness of the area.
